Ever since we came back from Melbourne, many of our afternoons were spent in the park or at the playground. Elisa loves going to the park/playground. Whenever possible, I will bring her to the park before we pick C up from work…that is if we have the car on weekdays. On days when C drives to work, we will take a short walk to the nearby playground.
Having coop up in the house all day, it is a breathe of fresh air (literally!) to be out in the open. Elisa particularly loves the outdoor, or rather she loves being somewhere else other than at home! Haha.
Our usual hangout place is Changi Beach Park as it’s near C’s workplace. As compared to East Coast Park, it is relatively quiet here. I do not have to worry about her getting knock down by joggers or cyclist. More often than not, we get the whole playground to ourselves! And we get to watch aircrafts land (watching aircrafts land had always fascinated me) 🙂
I am cherishing weekdays like this as I know it will be days like this that I will long for so badly when I eventually go back to work.
