travels: krabi – eat. sleep. swim.

Last month, C was in Brazil for 10 days for his MBA workshop, so we packed our bags and head to Krabi to join my mil for some R&R. She was there with her staff on a company trip, so we just tagged along. Although we had my mil with us, on some days, we were alone most of the time. Just the two of us.

I’ve always have this idea of bringing Elisa on a holiday alone. I know a lot of people think that I am nuts but the truth is, it is doable.

We did not do much this trip. Actually we do nothing at all. We hung around the hotel the entire trip. Eat, sleep, swim, repeat.

IMG_6988swimming – that’s what makes her very happy.

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAwe got plenty of sunshine during our stay except on the second day when we got rained upon but that’s only for half a day. so we just stayed in the room and watch some Youtube.

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAplaying with her only toys. there was one little girl who had a bag full of toys; cow, horse, crab, fish, superman, princess…etc. and she only has two cups. poor girl!

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAevery morning after breakfast, we will spend some time in the pool. then it’s nap time followed by lunch. after lunch we will relax a bit in the room then it’s the pool again or the beach.

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAhiding from the sun. she’s now two shades darker.

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAshe loves the beach as much as she loves the pool.

she has no problem with sands on her feet. and she kinda loved it.

I’m already looking forward to our next holiday together. I think I might do this solo travelling with her every year. Til’ the next one!
